Is there anything better than spending a day at the beach, beyond the reach of cell phones and email? Imagine taking one whole day to be part of nature and focus only on the present moment while you walk through an old-growth cedar forest and sit on serene beaches. How did you get where you are, and what is important to you as you move forward? We will spend time in activities focused on learning how to center your mind and body, letting go of stress and toxic energy, and being an observer to nature. Come join me and take advantage of sand, surf, and amazing views to find peace, practice discernment, and discover motivation.
We begin with a Zen walk on the beach before gathering for the first session and personal reflection time. Walking meditation begins after lunch, exploring coastal flora and fauna. This exercise begins as a group for the first 30 minutes, before individuals are invited to separate for another 30 minutes of personal reflection along the forest or beach trail. Participants then gather for the second session back at our main retreat location where we will decompress further using Gentle Stretch & Guided Meditation followed by personal reflection time.
**Brief, personal coaching is offered throughout the day for those who request it.
Snacks of fresh fruits, nuts, cheese, and meat are provided throughout the day, as well as water. Due to individual dietary restrictions I ask that you pack your own small lunch to bring along as well.

Please indicate in your email any accommodations you may need for meals, or other restrictions you may have. Participants should be intermediate paddlers (if kayaking is part of the retreat) and able to walk at least a mile and have adequate shoes for an uneven trail surface. Collapsible walking sticks are useful and encouraged.
